🔥 Racing News…
CX
Round 3 of the Challenge Tyres London & South East Cyclo-Cross League took place at Pippingford Park on Sunday.
Georgina Wise punched in four highly consistent laps to finish fourth in the Women’s Race. Ryan Machin fought his way up from 26th on the grid to a fine 11th place in the Over 40s Men.
In the Over 50s Men, Dan Street finished an impressive ninth. Darren Haynes rode strongly to finish 20th in the same category, and Steve Burgess, the only competitor in their 70s, took 48th place from 59. A fine showing all round.

Hill Climbing
If the ESCA Hill Climb up Firle Beacon on 11 October takes your fancy - and there’s talk of combining it with the Forge Ride next week - entries close at 23:59 on Wednesday 8th October. The first rider is off at 10:00.
One hill climb a day not enough? Then the Butts Brow Hill Climb runs in the afternoon, with the same closing date.
