Mark your calendars, folks, because the Lewes Wanderers AGM is happening on Tuesday, 14th January 2025, at 7:00pm, at The King’s Head, East Hoathly.

This year’s AGM promises to be:

• More gripping than a set of fresh GP5000s on a wet descent.

• More entertaining than watching your mate fail to unclip at traffic lights.

• More influential than the aero gains of shaving your legs (scientifically proven, by the way).

Okay, we’ll admit it: the AGM isn’t exactly the Tour de France of social events, but this is your chance to steer the future of the club, have your say on what we do next year, and find out who’ll be donning the jerseys in the committee roles. Plus, it’s a great excuse for a pint and some banter with fellow Wanderers.

On the agenda:

• Election of committee members (fancy getting involved? Now’s your chance!).

• Plans for 2025 – because we all love a bit of forward planning.

A formal agenda, with additional items will follow.

Don’t let the same handful of members hog all the glory. Whether you’re a club veteran or a newcomer, we’d love to see you there. Pre-meeting drinks in the bar from 6:30pm.
